► When you are blessed do shukr and remain humble. Do not become arrogant. When you are deprived do sabr, do not complain.
► Do not look down at what Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala has blessed others with…look at what —YOU— have been given. And be grateful.
► Use your resources and blessings lawfully. Do not transgress; become arrogant or look down on others.
► Become organized and disciplined. Find a worthy purpose in life other than eating, drinking, sleeping, socializing and shopping. You have got ONE chance, please do not waste it.
► A blessing can be a blessing or a test. Do not turn the blessing into a test by disobeying Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala or by transgressing His limits.
► Do not kill, harm or speak ill about the Friends of Allah (Awliya Allah). Respect them. Ask Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala to cleanse your heart so that the truth can settle into it.
► Ask Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala to show you your purpose in life. Choose something that you will be proud of in the Hereafter. Be consistent and bring excellence in your work.
► Belonging to a particular group will not result in our salvation. The only thing that can save us is our belief and righteous deeds.
► We should also remember that Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala is Rabbil Alameen (Lord of all the worlds), and not Rabbil Muslimeen (Lord of the Muslims). We should not judge and declare one another Kafir. Ask Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala for guidance and salvation in the Hereafter.
