Whoever performs three rak’aat of Witr should read the following after Fatihah:
In the first ra’kah, recite Surah Al-‘Ala, in the second ra’kah recite, Surah Al-Kafiroon and in the third recite Surah Al-Ikhlas.
Say after Tasleem (at the end of the prayer):

In another narration, collected by Ad-Daaraqutni, after the final saying of
…he (salAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) raised and prolonged his voice and said,
سبوح قدوس رب الملائكة والروح
Subbuhun Quddoosun Rabbul-mala’ikati war-Rooh
“You are the Most Glorious, the Most Holy, You the Rabb of the angels and Ar-Rooh [Jibreel alayhi salaam].” [Muslim]
